While my educational background is in photography, after graduating
from NYU in 1992 I decided what I really wanted to do was work with
my hands in a more sculptural way. After apprenticing with several
talented and diverse metalsmiths I decided to design my own
line of jewelry. Inspired by colors, patterns and ideas of the Arts
and Crafts movement, I strive to create contemporary jewelry designs
with a timeless characteristic. Each piece is carefully hand-crafted
with the thought of permanence in mind. I have been designing one-of-a-kind
jewelry in the Bay Area for six years now. My studio is currently
in Oakland, California. |
