Patrick Burt is a Designer/Goldsmith who lives in the Phoenix
metropolitan area. After graduating Cum Laude from Northern
Arizona University, 1985, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree,
it didn’t take long for him to open his first business.
In 1986 Patrick became affiliated with a commercial jewelry store.
The most important lesson he learned concerned the difference between
commercial and artistic jewelry. Commercial work is focused
on profitability, emphasizing function. Artistic jewelry stresses
form, originality and esthetics. “I like to bridge this
gap. My mission is to produce comfortable, artistic, high
quality jewelry at a reasonable price.” |
