Robert comes to us from the UK by way of Bamberg,
Bavaria, Germany. In his beginnings, Robert apprenticed in design
with local goldsmith, Gerald Kastner. After whetting his appetite
he needed to explore. So in his early 20’s, Robert traveled
through Asia and Australia seeking the magic of knowledge. Digging
for opals and learning to cut them expanded his appreciation.
In 1994, Robert made a commitment to develop his own style. And
he did…..showing at many exhibitions and galleries throughout
the UK with a permanent placement at Selfridges Designer Gallery,
Oxfordstreet, London.
