Sagit Levy, who lives and works in Israel, uses gold and silver and occasionally adds other special materials to create her one-of-a-kind designs. She studied graphic design at the Vital School of Art in Tel Aviv, and later learned the art of jewelry making from a master jeweler in Jerusalem. Sagit works from her home studio and makes all her jewelry from scratch. Her inspiration comes from trips through out the Israeli countryside and around the world. She gathers her images and creative energy from the constantly changing natural world that surrounds her each day. She feels that each piece of her hand crafted jewelry is like a part of her family, each with a special personality and conceived with love. Those who wear her jewelry can feel this love and energy. This special relation ship makes her work not only visually beautiful, but also beautiful to the soul.
