 There is a tiled kitchen with a gas range. Hardwood floors throughout.
 There are usually 2-street parking spaces, along side the front of the home.
 The owner provides 2-street parking permits.
Enjoy the fun spiral staircase that goes up to the spacious crows nest with peeks of the ocean and harbor view deck.
 The front of the home has a large entertainment deck with teak table & side benches along the walls.
 Backyard has a wooden deck with private hot tub & is fully fenced.
4-minute walk from the home to your feet on Twin Lakes Beach. 2-minute walk to the Yacht Harbor from the home.
         (Go down to Dolores; make a right and go the next block to the Harbor.)
It's almost a flat walk to Twin Lakes/Harbor beach for a bonfire.
         Or stroll to the Crows Nest restaurant to watch the sailboat races.
